How to prioritise when everything is a priority

On 29 January Sancroft will be holding an event where we examine a key challenge facing sustainability leaders:

How do you prioritise when every part of the sustainability agenda seems to be at the top of the list?

For our first event of the new year we will bring together a panel of sustainability leaders who will share how they overcome these common challenges for an audience of senior sustainability peers.

We’ll explore:

• The importance of collaboration across functions: how this can drive action
• Navigating complex regulation and reporting: the tools that can make a difference
• Moving from reactive to proactive planning: creating time and space to deliver

The panel will feature insight from the sustainability leads of Cedo, Springer Nature and Synthomer followed by audience discussion on the key themes.
