Daniela works with clients to navigate sustainability challenges and seize emerging opportunities for growth and resilience.

She joined Sancroft with five years of experience advising multinational companies and institutional investors on social impacts in conflict-affected and high-risk markets, with sector expertise spanning pharma, consumer goods, mining and renewable energy. Focused on translating ambition into practical action, Daniela has guided clients through every stage of sustainability integration, from identifying material issues to embedding responsible business practices into core strategy, governance, operations and reporting. Specialising in heightened human rights due diligence, she also led shareholder engagement at PeaceNexus and worked with investors to design innovative tools that identify conflict and geopolitical risk across portfolios.

Daniela previously supported research and strategy development at the UN Office for Disarmament Affairs in Geneva and contributed to market analysis stakeholder engagement at the Department of International Trade at the British Embassy in Croatia. She holds a degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of Cambridge.
