Mark Campanale and the future opportunities in sustainable investment

This year in Davos, the dominant theme at the World Economic Forum was the unstoppable momentum towards sustainable investment and the decarbonising of the world economy.

As a result, a world where funds and businesses who don’t have environment, social and governance as core drivers of their investment decisions will soon be outliers, with restricted access to markets, capital and customers.

Alongside the risks for those who fail to respond to this shift, there are big opportunities for those who are prepared to anticipate and react to this future landscape.

On Tuesday 3rd March, Sancroft Chairman Lord Deben will be hosting a discussion focused on these issues with Mark Campanale, founder of Carbon Tracker and numerous responsible investment funds.

We will be sending out invites to shortly, so if you would like to register your interest for this or our wider programme of seminars around key sustainability issues facing businesses and investors, please add your details to our mailing list by emailing events@sancroft.com.

If you can’t make it, then look out on our blog for a post-event write-up of the key themes emerging from the evening which we will also share in the March issue of the newsletter.
