Laura is an accomplished sustainability consultant and is passionate about how innovation, storytelling, and collaboration can help businesses and investors amplify positive sustainability impacts.
She has over a decade’s experience working across the luxury consumer goods, tech, and sustainability consulting sectors. Her knowledge covers a wide range of subjects including fashion and retail, sustainable supply chain management, human rights due diligence, circularity, regenerative agriculture, ESG reporting, stakeholder engagement, education, and technical innovation.
Laura holds a BA in Fashion Design from Ravensbourne and a Masters in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge (CISL) and is a Secretariat Member of the All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) for Ethics and Sustainability in Fashion. Her Masters thesis explored sustainability barriers, challenges, and information asymmetries in luxury textile supply chains and prior to joining Sancroft she was Head of Sustainability at a SaaS company; leading the development of a platform which collected ESG supply chain data for major high street retailers. Laura grew up on a farm and promotes a just transition and place-based mindsets when considering sustainability risks and opportunities.
In her spare time Laura enjoys hiking, slow travel and repairing things.
