George is particularly interested in sustainable supply chain management and supporting the transition towards a circular economy.
George joined Sancroft in July 2023, with over six years supporting clients across a variety of industries, most recently with Positive Luxury where she advised luxury brands such as The Macallan, Tom Ford Beauty, 111SKIN, MCM and more. She provided guidance across a broad range of ESG initiatives including supply chain management, circular economy practices, opportunities for increased packaging efficiency, diversity, equity & inclusion and ESG reporting amongst others.
Previously she worked in advertising as an account manager with clients such as Formula-E racing, working on end-to-end media activations and directing specialist cross-functional teams in advertising. In 2021, George completed the Oxford Hillary School of Climate Change Course and won first prize for her group project on the future of electric vehicles and the social issues associated with the required growth in key mineral requirements for batteries.
Prior to this, George graduated with a First from the University of Sussex in Marketing with a Professional placement year. During her time at Sussex, projects focused on themes relating to Sustainability, from producing a marketing strategy for a local biodynamic farm, to market research on the electric BMW range.
