Rachel joined Sancroft in January 2020 and brings six years experience of working with clients from across a range of sectors. Most recently, she helped advise and execute projects in the international development sector, working with non profits and businesses including Facebook, Gap Inc, MTV, PATH and Population Service International. Rachel started out in production, firstly helping to produce London Fashion Week shows to then curating speaker-led salons and conferences on topics spanning science, technology, policy and the Arts.
At Sancroft, she has a particular interest in business and human rights, responsible supply chains and helping investors integrate ESG issues into their investment processes.
Rachel has a first class degree in History from Durham University where she focused on modern Africa, and an MSc in Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability from Birkbeck, University of London. Her masters thesis examined the barriers leading brands and retailers faced in joining a collective, labour-inclusive initiative to achieve living wages in the garment supply chain.
In her spare time, Rachel rows for Lea RC and helps run the Kit Cat Club, a speaker and discussion club for women.
