Olivier is passionate about creating partnerships between individuals and organizations to create more innovative and sustainable business strategies.

Before joining Sancroft, Olivier completed a Master of Anthropology of Sustainability at SOAS University in London, where he developed excellent research skills. His dissertation focused on how climate change is portrayed and discussed in stand-up comedy in the UK. Olivier also holds a bachelor of commerce from McGill University, where he studied Managing for Sustainability.

Olivier has several experiences in sustainability consulting. He worked as a research coordinator for Shared Value Initiative Hong Kong, conducting in-depth research on the most effective sustainability practices adopted by companies in the city. Olivier drove the organization’s strategy redesign through insightful design-thinking sessions. He interviewed some of the best sustainability practitioners in Hong Kong, delving into their challenges and exploring how Shared Value could advance their sustainability strategies. Olivier also worked as a project assistant in a Green Building consultancy, gaining first-hand experience in navigating the complex landscape of sustainable certifications and labels. He oversaw the certification process of several store outlets of international luxury brands in Hong Kong.
