Lottie Riddick

Consultant
lottie.riddick@sancroft.com

Lottie is particularly passionate about the intersection of sustainability and finance and how this impacts the overall ESG strategy of our clients; from investors and pension funds to retailers and manufacturers.

Prior to joining Sancroft in October 2024, Lottie had a successful 7-year corporate finance career where she worked on billion-dollar M&A transactions, specifically for clients operating within the renewable energy space. Here, she performed complex critical analysis and coordinated high-profile transactions with the likes of Blackstone, KKR and Brookfield. It was here that she saw first-hand the direct impact that ESG factors and strategies have on the enterprise value and as such the overall value of businesses.

Lottie holds the ACA ICAEW qualification and graduated in 2017 with a First-class degree in Geography with Economics from the University of Exeter. During her time here, projects focused on the intersection of global economies with sustainable development.

Outside of work, Lottie is a keen runner and cyclist and enjoys playing netball at a competitive standard.
