Jessica joined Sancroft in 2021 as a Consultant with more than 9 years of international experience leading high-impact projects within the public, private and social sectors. She brings a deep understanding of the social impact field as well as supporting cross-sector collaborations to address societal challenges and extensive experience helping clients create long-term value.
Before joining Sancroft, Jessica worked as a social impact and sustainability consultant in the United Kingdom and the United States, where she worked with clients such as the Wellcome Foundation and the Boston Federal Reserve Bank on strategic delivery and continuous improvement of programmes as well as SMEs and companies on corporate social responsibility. Prior to transitioning into consulting, she was a Research Fellow for the Intergener8 Living Lab at Western Sydney University, a user-centred, open innovation research ecosystem striving to enhance the wellbeing and economic participation of young people in Greater Western Sydney, Australia. Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of Vermont.
In her free time, Jessica enjoys taking on long-term volunteer projects, most recently working with Ashoka’s Impact and Evaluation Team on research underpinning a framework for evaluating and tracking corporate Changemaking. In 2019, she contributed as a co-author to three Connecticut Community Wellbeing Indexes, reports that use data disaggregated by socio-economic and demographic characteristics to better understand inequality across dimensions of wellbeing and economic opportunity.
