Erika is a performance driven and highly motivated sustainability professional who has developed her skills and expertise since joining Sancroft in 2019.
Erika has worked with many clients across a diverse range of sectors including hospitality, fashion, FMCG and finance. Here her focus has been on supporting corporates and financial institutions to develop and effectively communicate meaningful sustainability strategies, KPIs and reports in line with global frameworks and emerging regulation.
Prior to joining Sancroft Erika completed her MSc in Environmental Economics and Climate Change at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Her master’s thesis explored using economic tools to value the disproportionate impacts of climate change. During the COVID-19 pandemic Erika gained experience as a researcher, supporting governments to develop natural capital accounts and tools to determine the monetary value of ecosystem system services before rejoining Sancroft in March 2021.
Erika holds a ESG Certificate from the CFA Institute.
