Daulet is committed to driving sustainability transformations within organisations, bringing his expertise in carbon management and passion for enhancing climate literacy inside and outside of business.
Prior to joining Sancroft, Daulet worked in consultancies in the UK and Kazakhstan, supporting private and public sector clients. He has assisted companies in achieving B Corp certification and provided guidance on climate strategy, carbon footprint tracking, and effective communication of sustainability achievements to stakeholders. He was involved in projects that developed recommendations for facilitating reforms necessary to meet country-level net zero ambitions and contributed to a socio-economic impact assessment study of heavy industry. He also helped UNDP develop and deliver a climate change awareness campaign for local community groups.
Daulet holds a Master’s degree from the University of Oxford in Environmental Change and Management. His dissertation examined internationally funded adaptation projects and identified barriers that hinder access to adaptation benefits for vulnerable communities in Central Asia.
