Ailsa is a skilled sustainability consultant passionate about helping businesses to think big and take action.
Ailsa joined Sancroft in April 2021. She helps clients to solve big strategic challenges across the full breadth of environmental and social challenges. She has specific experience in developing and implementing agile sustainability strategies and action plans for corporate clients with a strong expertise in navigating the reporting landscape. She combines insights from her marketing MBA and sustainability experience to provide clear and actionable strategic support to clients looking to make progress on the biggest issues facing business and finance today.
Ailsa’s background is in science and innovation. She has a first-class master’s degree in physics from the University of Exeter, after which she worked at a brand design and innovation Agency guiding well-known brands in sustainable and innovative strategy, communications, and product design. She worked with start-ups developing biotechnology solutions to support design before moving to an innovation consultancy at which she led a range of purpose driven innovation programmes with clients such as: PwC, LV=, P&G, Deloitte, Sanofi and HSBC. Sustainable thinking with scientific clarity continues to be the foundation of all Ailsa’s work.
