Georgie has been with Sancroft since the beginning of 2013 and leads the company’s work on Business and Human Rights, providing clients with strategic sustainability advice with a focus on the supply chain and ethical trade. Georgie is also experienced at establishing and managing private sector advocacy groups, with a record in securing cross-industry and government regulatory reforms.
As a citizen of both the UK and the USA, Georgie divides her time between the two countries. She advises multinational organisations in the food and beverage, fashion and apparel, and consumer goods sectors. Her UK-based clients include Unilever, Associated British Foods and L’Oréal. Her US client list includes The Coca-Cola Company, Dunkin’ Brands and Sysco. Georgie has an LLM in International Law and Human Rights, and also studied Geography at the University of Cambridge.
Georgie has a particular interest in the relationship between corporations, governments and civil society, and how they can work together to ensure a thriving and fair economic system.
Before joining Sancroft, Georgie spent time managing grass roots charities in Ghana and Uganda.
